Wichita North athlete Miguel Busungu spoke with VYPE to talk about his life.
VYPE: What are your personal goals for the year?
My personal Goal for the year is to finish school with a higher grade and go to a better college.
VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
The most fun I had last year was every time I went swimming.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade, and why?
My Spanish teacher is my favorite teacher because she’s not just a teacher she wants to make me understand.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
My favorite athlete memory is when we were losing against Garden city then we came back 4-3 I score a free kick for our winning goal.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
All of my teammates are competitive and want to win.
VYPE: What is your favorite part of being on this team?
My favorite part of being on this team is being an example to those who joins.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation. Where do you go, and who do you take with you?
I’d take my mom to South America.
VYPE: If we gave you $500 and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, what would you spend it on?
I’d give the $500 to my mom to pay off her debts.
